Cancellation conditions
Sometimes an unforeseen event may occur that makes it impossible for you to leave for your holiday. In such cases, we offer the following cancellation conditions:
- up to 42 days before departure: free cancellation and refund of the deposit
- up to 21 days before departure: the deposit will be retained
- 20 - 11 days before departure: 50% of the total booking value
- Cancellation from 10 days before departure, late arrival & no-show: 90% of the total booking value for not enjoyed days

Check-in/ Check-out
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 pm.
In case you arrive after 6 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 am.
Deposit
In order to confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay by bank transfer or credit card charge.
NEW: from now on you can have your deposit debited by credit card via our online payment button. Simple, secure and convenient!
Dogs
Dogs are welcome on request! For ist accomdation, we charge € 15,00 per day (without food).
Out of respect for other guests, dogs are not allowed to enter the dining room and the wellness area. Thank you for your understanding!
Meals
On request, we also offer breakfast only (no half-board). In this case you will get a price reduction of 12,00 € per person/night.
Parking
You can park your car free of charge in our hotel parking during your stay.

- You can pay the hotel bill either in cash (up to € 4.999), debit card (EC) or credit card (Mastercard and Visa).

Prices
Prices are intended per person/night, including use of the Finnish sauna and steam bath for a minimum stay of 5 days.
For guests who have booked half-board, drinks are not included in the price and will be charged separately.
Shuttle
On your arrival we will pick you up with our guest shuttle at the train station in San Candido.
The day of departure we will take you from the hotel back to the train station.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax amounts to € 3,00 per person/day and has to be paid directly on site.
Children up to 13 years of age are exempt from paying this tax.
WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
